Hmm, it seems the m90 nose reaches too far out...is that an issue?

No worries on the nose drive guys, thats just the drive that came on the chargers i bought, i have custom shortened nose drives on order.

But why don't you put it direct (with a bracket) on the heads?
I always hate the angle the intake makes.

not enough clearance over the fuel rails, and under the hood.
