^ 8PSI on Stock Iinjectors is retarded. I can't believe he'd do that....

Greek, you have the returnLESS style, not the return.

I wouldnt go by just his words.

5.5psi alone makes the stock injectors starve the system.

BTW, Gabe and I may have a few more setups for sale in a few weeks. :)

I thought the main purpose of Jims fuel mod was to equal the amount of fuel going to each fuel rail and of course to have the return.

If you have one for sale for a 5sfe I may be interested

^ No, the Jims mod was to deliver a proper amount of fuel, not an evan amount.

I made this for my friend in Australia last month for his Gen 3 5SFE. So the return part would be the same thing as you'd do for the Gen 4 1MZ-FE. Thats a fuel pressure guage BTW.

^^^ I thought gen3 camrys came with the return line... I have an older fuel rail with 440cc injectors I just need to run a return line and figure out how to get it into the gas tank

all im saying is that my 330cc injectors with return style fuel system runs so goddamn rich on 9 psi I am almost certain I do not need any more than stock to deliver sufficient fuel
I will post my AFC Neo settings when I get tuned. Its unbelievable.

yes...and you're also spraying meth right? and I don't quite remember...I know that you're not running a 3mz hybrid, but you're running a built 1mz with a slightly lower compression right?

at 7psi and tuned to 11.5, I was pulling around 35% fuel on my 330's with the 255lph and of course, a return-style fuel system.

there is no way you can use the stock fuel injectors at anywhere close to this power level- the injectors can still only flow so much regardless of voltage, fuel pressure, or any other "tricks" that people use to increase fuel

the only thing that would work is by pulling timing. But then, even though you're "using" smaller injectors, you're really just losing power

But post your tune! I'm really curious to see it! See different types of tunes is always a learning experience.

found these articles about a returnless fuel system in a toyota and how to get more fuel or how to change to a return system

Part 1. (just some basics and how to get more fuel from a returnless system)
http://autospeed.com/cms/A_2636/article.html

Part 2. (the better part explaining many things and showing how to route a return system)
