Do you guys want a 8 rib belt setup for the M90 S/C?

Hey guys, i am thinking about doing a of custom 8 rib crank pulley, a/c pulley and alt. pulley for the M90 S/C. My question is, do you guys think the wider 8 rib belt setup would be beneficial for this estimated 400whp m90 s/c kit? Or should i just leave the 6 rib serpentine belt setup?

let me know what you think

thanks

If you go with the eight, won't you need new pulleys for everthing else?

do you think maybe you can give an option 6 vs 8 like offer both? I'm sure building custom pulleys for the alt crank and etc will bring the price up quite a bit.. idk how many people are in line for these though either.
are avalons supposed to be this fast?

I'd say stick with 6 ribbed belts. I've seen lots of s/c cars pushing over 450 with 6 ribbed setups.
