There is no way you will pick up that much time from doing those things IMHO...

^ reaction time doesn't count into the 1/4 mile time...the timer starts once you leave the line

but no worries....another 50whp or so and he could be in the 13s for sure! haha...all in good time...

^^Then everybody at the track will be going "DAYYUUUUUMMM".

A 14 second Camry is impressive in my opinion, nobody expects such a car to run like that so that makes ASG's car a true sleeper.

Frank,I need a better catback, lol. I know

Next time I run:

Also make sure the gas tank is 1/4 and not any significantly higher or lower when you race, too low (fill up light comes on) and the gas will slosh around and slow you down.

The tire pressure of the front tires should be lower than the rear tires' pressure. I used 30 PSi front and 35 PSI rear last time at the track and had nearly perfect traction every run.

^ Yeah, I had 3/4 tank, lol. I need to go with little gas......

As for tires, I had 20PSI in the front and 40 in the rear.

I seen some guy do that low in the tire pressure of the front tire on his SER SPECV sentra at the track. But make sure that pressure is COLD pressure, don't let off air after you take a trip, everything will be way off.

I didn't do 40 PSI in the rear last time I went to the track is because it might blow.

With street tires, going too low in PSI creates a lot of tire flexing, and the tire will wear unevenly.

How much do slicks cost? maybe you could throw some on your boosted Camry and run 13s.

ASG, I don't know about this at all but would racing gas actually help you out with lowering the times? At my local track the staff sells 100 octane gas and I have seen a guy with a stock looking Mustang GT getting some.
