Cops around here only care about the EO sticker. Smogcheck inspections look for the same.

Read the bold print "The kit includes a a 3.2" diameter supercharger pulley and uses the stock crankshaft pulley" The supercharger is only exempt with this size pulley.

If a cop or CHP suspects illegal mods and you show him that paperwork you better hope your running a stock pulley.

the funny thing is MOST of the stock trd pulleys on members cars here are 3.4", that would really confuse the cop ,your running a lower boost pulley than stock haha

I think URD makes smaller pulleys for the Toyota trucks but are stamped with the stock size.....

I'm starting to think the bigger pulley might not be bad considering the 91 craptane piss gas we have here.

I'm curious about the standard pulley sizes.
Toysport list
pulley size/boost
3.6/ 2.0psi
3.4/ 3.0psi
3.2/ 4.0psi

Pulley Boys
3.2/ 3.0psi
3.1/ 3.5psi
3.0 / 4.0psi

Then you have the CARB document saying the TRD supercharger 3.2 is for 6 PSI.
Does anyone have the definitive answer?

most sc'ers when at high rpm's boost more, so if its 3 psi, at 6000 rpm's it might get to 5 psi................. :drinking:

Seems to be the case with the TRD SC. Datalogging on a 1mz/3mz hybrid shows (with the stock pulley) you get 2.5psi till about 4500rpm, then boost ramps up to 4.5psi at redline. On a normal 1mz those number would be somewhat higher, of course.
