Dyno Prediction of my 3mz/1mz

I got tired of looking at my camry sitting there for about 11months with out running so i had to put it back together. Gabe you know whats my next engine up grade that I'll be doing later on and it includes 3mz intake and exhaust cams

yeah greg we need to see you finally dyno your car. your setup is unique with the 3.3 block. there is only one other 3mz hybrid trd s/c guy in the world and he dynoed 240whp at 2psi

What fuel are you running???

On pump (93) or up to 100 octane or so, I'd put you at:

290rwhp +- 5% (approx. 275~305)


Purely speculative... but based on what OTHERS have achieved with similar array...

I'm going to run 95.1 octane. mixing 3.5gals of 110 and 12.5gals of 91 to get 95.1octane. also not running any cats.
Ive set up bbq bobs and franks(jetbk) camry/solara. Im running the parts they got and some. frank and bbq bob run 94.5octane
I might run 97octane but not sure if its necessary.

I feel pretty good about my guesstimate. Of course... do you have any STICKERS on the car???

^^^Ohh snaps we'll hit Irwindale after i get my bucket dynoed Fergi.

My 2 pennies, Bob and Frank have achieved 300+ WHP with a 3.0 liter motor and they are not running anything close to what Greg is going to run as far as boost. With a 9lb pulley, more displacement, and lowered compression, I know the whp WILL be over 300. Now the question is how much more? My guess is 310WHP+. I guess we'll see when he takes it to Churches. Now as for me........... I have no idea what to expect. I got 263whp without headers and y-pipe, and stock cat. Now that i have OBX headers/y-pipe with a magnaflow 3" cat, What should i be getting?? Remember im an Auto.
