I was trying to get one for mine also, but was informed that they made 2 different kinds of plate set-ups. Mine is the old set-up, so i just tighten w/ the alternator. I ordered a used Kent-Moore Belt Tension Gauge off Ebay to keep it at the correct tension. From what I was told you would have to get the newer set-up if you want to install the Dynamic Tensioner. Dont know of any pro's or cons with it since I dont have one. From all the post ive been reading over the past few months since ive joined & had my charger installed im pretty certain you will get some info on this & i will be corrected if ive posted any mis-information.

The tensioner pulley plate sucks, that pulley plate you have is the way to go.
