Getting ready for boost!!!

I was just wondering if I was headed down the right track for boost. I am putting a TRD supercharger on soon, I have already purchased my boost gauge, innovate wideband and 255lph fuel pump. I will be running the stock 4psi, with a Gabe's Fuel mod and spec 3+ clutch and fidanza flywheel, overbored throttle body, JPP performance headers and exhaust (to replace my POS OBX headers that cracked at the welds), magnacore wires and plugs ( unsure of heat range as of yet) and Greddy Emanage Ultimate and Tuned for boost. I bought the car with 50k and have driven it for a few years but ready to step up my game. I currently have 40k in four years and take very good car of my car. I change the oil every 2500 miles. I am going to do this build in three phases.
Phase 1:
Install all parts listed above. Over the winter start to collect parts for spring 3mz/1mz hybrid build. I am going to go low compression for boost. Built tough by Gabe.
I plan on adding 2 row radiator upgrade this winter.
Install supra injectors and 5.5psi pulley and retune Emanage
Install a custom cold air intake with supra MAF
Phase 2:
Install Engine built by Gabe in spring/summer
I will then turn up boost to 7psi and retune. Install poly engine mounts,Install meth injection and retune Emanage.
Phase 3:
Have Gabe build built E153 transmission with LSD

After Phase 3, I might either do a turbo kit added to the supercharger for a twincharged car or try and source one of Gabe's MP90 kits if he still has some around.

I just wanted to see I was going down the right track, I know it might sound like over kill to some I think it will provide a awesome daily driver by the end. I am looking for any other input from everyone.

550's are pretty dam big, especially for the trd blower. I have a 255lph walbro and 305s and when I was untuned it was hitting afr's as low as 9.5 and I'm peaking at 6.5 to 7 psi. As far as fitting, I'm not sure. For the oil cooler, I considered one, but from what I've read on other forums, its not necessary unless the oil temp is getting high (hot day at the track) It should be close to the coolant temp, so personally I'd go with an oil temp gauge first. Where did you find this radiator upgrade?? Everything else sounds good

I can have one made custom by Griffin Radiator

Be careful when buying a TRD blower used. Make sure you get it from a reputable member. If you get a beat up one, you'll have to dump another 700-1000 to have it rebuilt.

Well, its been sometime since I posted, but Gabe and I have been working out a plan the last few months and just recently it was put into motion. I am going to have build similar to Trent's with some minore differences.

Parts List
Xerd Headers
JPP Performance Exhaust
Gabe's Fuel Mod
Okada Plasma Booster
Magancore Wires with colder plugs
TRD supercharger running 6.5 psi
Snow Performance Stage 3 water/meth injection with Safe Injection
TRD Thermostat
ACT Xtreme 6 puck clutch with Fidanza flywheel
NST OEM size lightend crank pulley
Supra Injectors
255lph Fuel Pump
Relocation Knock Sensor Kit
CP-e Intake

Sure there are things I didn't list...

I also just commissioned a engine build also. I am going with the 3mz /1mz hybrid. I bought the motor and headstuds and main studs made by ARP so far. The pistons will be 9:1 and I will be using forged rods and ARP bolts. It will be balanced and blueprinted and then assembled with high performance bearings and a high volume oil pump. I will be porting a set of heads and getting cams as well. But this motor will take a few months or more to put together. Wish me luck

Damn dude nice! I was just talking to Gabe and he was filling me in on all your plans. Quite impressive!

Definitely sounds like our cars are going to be very well matched! That will be pretty awesome.

JUST STARTED DOWN THE ROAD, ON FIGURE OUT WHAT HEADWORK I WANT DONE. I AM DOING A FULL RACE HEAD WITH A FULL PORT AND POLISH AND MULTI ANGLE VALVE JOB, HEAVY DUTY VALVE SPRINGS AND RETAINERS AND 1ZZ LIFTERS. I WILL THEN BE INSTALLING 2MZ INTAKE CAMS AND 3MZ EXHAUST CAMS WHICH I HAVE. ONE THING I WILL BE DOING ON THE HEADS AND PISTONS IS SWAINTECH ENGINE COATINGS. I WILL BE SPRAYING THE PISTONS WITH THEIR GOLD COAT ON PISTONS TOPS AND PC-9 ON THE SKIRTS, THE MAIN AND ROD BEARINGS WILL BE SPRAYED IN THEIR PPM COATING WHICH ATTRACTS OIL. THE HEADS ARE GOING TO HAVE THE COMBUSTION CHAMBERS AND VALVE FACES SPRAYED IN THEIR CERAMIC COATING WITH. I WILL ALSO BE APPLYING THE TBC TO THE EXHAUST PORTS TO KEEP THERMAL EFFIECENCY UP AND ALSO TO RADIUS OF THE EXHAUST VALVES.

Do you have all of your parts purchased? I may be parting this spring...and have a bunch of those parts on my car. Let me know.

i would go 9.5 to 1 on your pistons, thats what frank aka jetbtkng uses on his 02 solara with a 9lb pully & he runs 91 octane & meth, his puts out about 310whp, 9to 1 is to low in my opinion...
