OBX Headers

OBX Headers

Postby ToyoSolV6 » Thu Mar 08, 2012 6:56 pm

Ok so im on ebay checking out OBX headers since im going to buy them for my next motor, but seems as if i found two sets the first one convinces me more than the second one, ill post the links below so you guys who are rocking these headers can let me know wich one to get since they both look different to me.

Heres the one that convinces me the most:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/97-01-LEXUS-ES3 ... 2a&vxp=mtr

Heres the one i dont know about too much. It looks as if this one has two flex pipes and it doesnt look long enough to reach the catback:

Don't think that second set are OBX. Look at that 180* bend in the Y-pipe. Not smooth like the normal OBX y-pipe. The first is the pic I'm used to seeing on ebay ads

The first link, headers are jpp replicas second link are megan replicas.
Jpp were dyno proven, megan were not.

1st pic is the one I have and the picture I saw at purchase. Dam, 5.5psi with no aftermarket headers and y pipe and making that much power.Good ish! What's with your current motor?

Hopefully this link will work. Its a generic brand but looks legit. Can't find obx anymore on eBay.

just wanted to put it out there that our stock manifolds are well designed its the y pipe that is the design flaw and the reason why I changed.
