I forgot to mention. Should I Seafoam the car before I do all the maintenance?

This friday I'll be seafoaming my car. Other members can probably use this video as a reference.

Did the sea foam today... Not the smoke show I wanted but look at the bright side I guess I have a Clean Ass Engine. After I filled it up 1/3 in the gas tank shut the car off, waited for 10min. Started it smoke came out and that was just about it. Drove around the block nothing else came out. -.-

^ Nah, picking up another engine at the end of the month will approximately 80k. Replacing the headgaskets and doing some port and polishing in some areas. Then shes going in. If money is good in the future. The 1mz thats in my car now will be fully built. But for now it will be up in a engine stand for a while till i decide what to do with it. The good thing is that ill have a full extra engine and 5 spd tranny set up. Since my old tranny that messed up is still in perfect condition the only thing that is bad is the casing so if i find a new casing ill have a spare 5 spd trans.

Why not fully built the one your picking up??? Have that one on the side on a stand and keep adding more stuff to that block. Once the block that's in your car now blows, then you can throw the other one in. Thats what I would do if I ever have that opportunity, Just my opinion...

well this motor is pretty much done just waiting on the day the car completely dies. Idle is always rough, car turns off sometimes. If i do a quick pull it automatically turns off. Smells like burnt oil. I throw blue smoke everywhere.

I forgot to mention that my head job was done 2 Weeks ago on June 15 with 108k miles. Car has no more leaks finally hopefully won't be doing this again until I hit 200k.
For anyone who is not comfortable draining there own coolant this should help.
