I'm not saying I'm going the E85 route and if I was I would not share the result with this forum. When you consider E85 is currently selling for $2.89 a gallon it blows away the cost of premium 91 octane. That is not evening counting the cost of adding toluene/methanol or whatever concoction your using to add octane. Here is an interesting read about ethanol my guess is most here won't understand it. It's why this forum is dead and nothing new is being done. http://delphi.com/pdf/techpapers/2010-01-0619.pdf

Damn dude nice insult, if you dont like this forum and think people dont understand anything that has to do with OUR cars then why bother posting anything? If you have built cars for a living cool with me im not bashing on the fact that you have knowledge but for saying "most" people dont understand im sure theres people on this forum that probably know more than you do.

Running lean. Blowing injectors. Afraid to blow one of the worlds most bulletproof engines. Im stuck between taking it off and having a good looking v6 or upgrading it to handle the supercharger. Its going to be a daily driver so im just doing more reaserch before making a decision

Definitely something wrong with your solara and its not the supercharger unless youre boosting more then 3-4psi of boost, you need someone knowledgeable to trouble shoot the problem. A lean condition could be caused by bad o2 sensor vacuum leaks it hard to say what the problem could be, you could go back to stock and still have a lean condition. Talk to Gabe(trd4life) he lives in maine, he definitely can help you out.
