XERD HEADERS RELEASED! PICS INSIDE!

Postby XERD » Wed Oct 29, 2003 3:07 pm

Hello,

The long wait is over (for the headers anyhow).

XERD is proud to release our new stainless steel headers for the Toyota Solara.

Click this link for pictures: http://community.webshots.com/user/xerd

These headers are equal length headers and should provide with some great horsepower and torque gains.

We are trying to get them dynoed ASAP and will let you all know by the end of the day what date we will dyno.

We will post the list of people who were interested in these headers and will start taking deposits after we have dyno results.

For any questions please e-mail us at sales@xerd.com or call us at 818-889-3737.

Thanx, Eyal

I don't see the bung for the pre-cat oxygen sensor in the pics. It's on the left side of the front left pipe on the OE exhaust manifold.

Fletch,

Good eyes!

You are correct ... for some reason they forgot to weld the o2 bungs on to the headers but that wont slow anything down.

We will add them on ourselves for the testing and all the production versions will have all the necessary o2 sensor bungs on them so it wont delay production at all. That is another reason why we haven't officially released them on our website.

We will have another production version next week, we will take some new pictures and officially release it on our website with the dyno results.

Thanx, Eyal

These are stainless steel headers, the $899.00 group buy would be the cheapest you would find it. The retail price will be over 1k after the group buy is over and we wont offer anymore specials on this product.

As of right now its $949.00, it will only be $899.00 if we have at least 25 people on the group buy.

That price is for what you see in the picture above.

Eyal,

Once you get dynoed you can go to other forums like SC3, TN and CMPL.
There should be more people interested in the headers.

happy_aggies,

Thank you for your help. We figured that people would want to see dyno results before purchasing anything that is why we wont even take orders until we show the dyno sheets however we were expecting a little more interest so far.

So far none of the people on the original group buy has contacted us yet, its only the 2nd day so i hope to see some better results.

We will see how it goes after we release the dyno sheets.

Thanx, Eyal

XERD,

Please remove me from the group buy for the headers. I have decided to go with another company that had headers and 3 inch catback for our cars this past summer. Thanks EricSol. My email on the list is shidosha01@hotmail.com Thanks for keeping us posted and good luck.

I'm still interested in the CAI though.
