I have a 2005 solara with JBL with no navi, but i was wondering is there any way i can get the stock navi that is listed from toyota as an option? after i bought my car? if so how much?

It sounds like a lot of work and expense. It may be cheaper to trade your in on one with it. (Toyota service parts prices have not been the best deals.)

I was told that the vehicles that have the stock JBL navigation have a different computer and body control module in the vehicle, so that would have to be switched out in order for it to work. I was told that by 2 different service dept's when I was asking about it.
