little voice back at ya if you read his mini profile you will see he owns a gen 1 and if you read his question it says gen 2

if no answears by the time i get up ill look it up in my manual for ya but im dead tired im going to bed

Are you looking for the headlight bulbs?

From the 2004 Owner's Manual p296

Low beam 55W type H11 halogen
High beam bulb no. 9005 60W type HB3 halogen

Check out p300 of the 2004 owner's manual.
Fog, parking, turn signal lights need to be replaced by the dealer.

Warning says "Do not try to replace the front fog, parking, front side marker and front turn signal light bulbs by yourself. You may damage the vehicle."

Just bend over and make it easy for them.

Well, they may be partially right. Some ricer bulbs can melt your wires. Hey wait a minute..doesnt LongoToyota sell ricer bulbs...??
