whats the difference between the stock brace and the trd? the color???
is it a waste? i like to completely research items before i consider modding my car with them.

Not 100% sure of the Gen2 one but the ones for the previous generations were higher off the engine allowing a larger gap to place the supercharger in. I'm guessing this one came out for the same purpose but who knows when or if a supercharger for the Gen2 will be out. Otherwise, forum members have said it has very little affect on your driving.
