will this SRI fit on my i4?

I have not seen any posts on the Injen CAI. Is it available yet? I just installed the TRD muffler and air filter. I notice a difference and I love the sound. I am really anxious for more power and sound!!! Thanx

There will not be a CAI from Injen, only a short ram. Injen could not find a good route for the CAI piping. So, they decided to stick with the short ram. They did manage to get like 12-15 hp, which isn't to bad IMO.

do u think they would be able to develop a CAI with the i4? theres a lot more room to work with my engine than with junest's v6

Try going down or calling Paul @ Injen. He may be able to help you out. He'll probably want to gauge the interest first, but he'll probably do it.

well i have an I4 and i am really interested in getting a CAI....i would rather have that than the SRI (does the SRI even fit on the I4???....i havent heard any feedback on that)

The prototype was done on a V6

I emailed injen about the intake and received this reply:

We are still in the works, the 04 Solara has a carbon filter for emissions
in the factory box. In order for us to provide a legal system, CARB is
asking that we utilize this filter. This is causing a small delay. We hope
to release an intake ASAP. Sorry, no exact ETA.

Hsa anybody contacted Injen lately? Still waiting anxiously for the Short Ram Intake for the V6 Solara 2004. Hope it comes out soon!!!

Go to injen's website and drop them an email. If they see demand is great they might get motivated to hurry up.
