^^ As I've stated before, replacing the the pipe from the cat-back to the muffler will only change the sound by eliminating the resonator and will have absolutely no affect on performance - as I was told by the designer at JP. Not sure I need it any LOUDER than it is now... pretty loud as it is... but we'll see down the line.

The Butt-dyno tells me the mid-high range has increased significantly, but the low-end has dropped a bit in response I'm afraid. :( I really think it's the fuggin' tranny though.

JP will be doing some testing and we'll be tweaking the CP-e as well. He may mod the Y-pipe some more for lower-end gains.

^^ Yes he is Sebas. If I ever can get the funds together myself (about $2K) I'm going to do the swap as well!

So many other mountains to climb in the mean time though... paying off my GF's engagement ring is gonna be pretty high up there for now though. Yikes! :o

Back on topic... (and speaking of my GF) she HATES how loud the exhaust is now! LOL!!

I did put a new filter element on the CP-e last night and it made a big difference in both sound and as far as I can tell, performance! Not as big as the Crispmongo K&N Filter but about 50% larger than the stock CP-e filter and more opening space. I don't get a sucking sound with that "blat" from the intake anymore, but I do get a "whoosh!" in between shifts and a throaty, deeper sound.

I'll try to post some more videos over the weekend - get some better sound bites for y'all!

To talk for some guys and myself, I know...many guys think that it will costs (way) more then the initial 1400$ because we didn't reach the 15 ppl.

What do you think of this situation at the best of your knowledge ?
