Suggestions on brands of crank pulleys?

Suggestions on brands of crank pulleys?

Sup, I researched a bit on crank pulleys yesterday and found that a lot of aftermarket crank pulleys weight don't have harmonic balancers.

Is there an aftermarket company that makes light crank pulleys for the 2AZ engine that come with harmonic balancers?

Thanks.

Non-Stop Tuning makes some. Dunno if they come with harmonic balancers though.

The last group buy that NST put out didnt have harmonic balancers in the pulleys but the assured everyone that its not even needed. There is a lot of information in relation that NST put out during their group buy so use the search option to get that. You can also get a pulley fro pulleyboys. My personal experience was horrendous to say the least. If you're going to buy one from pulleyboys I'd suggest buying it from them through eBay to cya (cover your a$$).

A lot of people would agree that a crank pulley without the harmonic balancer would be disastrous, I ain't going for the ones without it.

Do people usually notice changes in performance after installing aftermarket crank pulleys?

I also want to know if I get a crank pulley, will I need to get a new belt or do I use the old one?

A crank pulley made for the Scion TC should fit my car as well, right?

Same engine, same transmission ('05-'07 tC = '02-'04 Solara), same ECU. Practically anything you can do to those 3 things on the tC you can do to the Solara.

You might be thinking of when the ECU tells the tranny to shift. The gear ratios aren't controlled by the ECU.
