yeah, i took my car to the dealer on friday for my timing belt package done and they cleaned out my throttle body and told me that my maf might be bad, i think its from the oil of the k&n filter.

they cleaned the maf as best as they could but the car still has the same bouncing idle needle symptom, so i will have to get a new maf it seems, i wounder what they run, i know the dealer will do it for me for 250

This is the problem I'm currently having. I had cleaned and oiled my filter. Cleaned my maf, checked all vacuum hoses, no cels, reset ecu, but still have a sporadic idle. Please let us know how the new maf works out.

havaent changed it out yet, I actually have been monitoring how the car acts for the past week or so, when i have the setting in "4", I do not seem to have any problems as oppossed to having it in "5".

I just have not got around to getting a new maf yet.
