i sprayed my front header sheild flat black but i used high temp duplicolor spray

i have high gloss black at home but i might just buy this so i can paint my valve cover bright red.

would this work good on my billet grill it keeps peeling

or does anyone know of a good spot for powder coating w/decent prices? for top and bottom grilles
