Okay here's the story I like my cars current stereo, and was wondering if this would work with it.
If any of you have tried it out opinions are valued.

The link you posted isn't an iSimple unit.

I used to run the unit before I stripped my ride. Easy install, no static, displays song and artist info, can be controlled from the steering wheel. Only downside I had was the song and artist info stopped displaying, but the unit still functioned.

What stock unit do you have? Also, do you have a SAT button?

I'm not too sure you can add an iSimple without the SAT button function. Your best bet would be to save your money and go with an aftermarket headunit.

if i'm understanding this correctly it says it intercepts the antenna and hardwires a frequency.
Therefore shouldn't it work with all head units ?

I guess it would then. The unit I have plugs into the sat. port on the back of my headunit. Since you don't have that port, it looks like the unit you posted (inline with the antenna) should work.

This is the unit I have: http://isimplesolutions.com/ipod-adapter/GateWay.asp
