Have you unhooked the battery for 15mins, connected back up, then started your lara and let it idle for at least ten minutes?

Have done. The check engine light comes on after about 150 miles and thats where my idle problems are starting. Hooked it up to a gizmo that gave me engine issue codes and its saying i've got a vacuum issue wit cylinder 6 not getting enough air. I've checked seals, made a better seal for the MAF and adjusted position, etc. I don't want to spend money on a new MAF until i have to so if you've got any ideas that would be fantastic.

I would try cleaning your maf. Possibly the filter that came with the intake was over oiled is throwing your reading off.

Assuming you have an oil filter, make sure to seafoam regularly. Oiled filters make a mess out of the engine internals I hear.
