I have been looking through the back threads and noticed that Mike T's grilles seem to be nonexistant. Are there anyway to get them or a set of grilles that are similar?

we had a member who tried to replicate it on his own. you can always try that, otherwise paint it, or get a billet grille (they have upper and lowers for those)
