The is a brand new in the box steering wheel hub made my Megan Racing. Its compatible with Momo/Sparco etc. steering wheels. It has electrical connectors so the horn can still be used. Here are some pics:

Comes with full color installation instructions. Its really easy to install, anyone that knows how to use an allen wrench should be able to do this. Price is $95.
