I need a new shift knob, 5 spd. What do you guys recommend or have purchased in the past?

I personally like the MOMO rocking shift lever but I can't find one to go with my particular car's interior. Granted, it’s fairly pricey for a knob ($100 or so) but with the exception of the steering wheel, it’ll be the piece of your car with which you’ll have the most contact.
