CA winters are easy, PB Blaster didn't do a thing for my exhaust bolts, it took it an air chisel and torch.

Please excuse me if this seems like a dumb question, but the stock rings and valve seals can handle that much of an increase in the pressurization of the mixture so that a S/C is just a bolt-on job?
