Here's the flaw, the reason why radiator hoses are made with with rubber and stainless steel reinforcements is because radiator fluid is hot...and is designed to flex and give in different conditions. It's not smart to have a aluminum piece there because 1) the engine bucks back and forth at startup and during gear shifts...especially when you're running it hard 2) because radiator fluid is hot, that pipe needs to expand and contract when its hot and cold. Cosmetics...it looks great no doubt, but when it comes down to longevity and proper cooling, aluminum piping is not the smartest choice, especially for both hoses going to and from the radiator. Like I said before, great idea, but not very smart.
