They are complete, and they sound great. I just came across a smoking deal on a set of Focals, so these have to go. Tweeters (ready to mount in the Solara doors in the factory spot), crossovers, and woofers. All in good shape, all sound perfect. I paid $380 for these not too long ago from an authorized dealer, so there's a full warranty on them. $220 shipped FIRM.
