^^ when i was selling all those over ebay (yeah, it was me for those 370 buy it now prices) i did ship to Canadian clients. It was mostly GTA area. I had a contact at a Buffalo auto shop and i shipped it to him. GTA clients came to buffalo (its what a 2 hr drive) and collected the kit, paid the shop 100 to fix it (shop made mulla too) and drove back with the kit across the border..(thereby avoiding taxes)... :drinking:
