Brand New, Still has factory seal on the tubes, brand new transformer. Turqoise Gold Series Kit. This is the best neon kit they carry. Great Kit. Come with Two- Long Side tubes. Three- Short tubes. The extra tube can be hooked up to the transformer with no problem. Use the extra tube in your grille, or undercarriage to fill a dead spot.

I say its like a tropical ocean kind of blue.
