i have gen1. but if i wanted to convert, what else along with this would i need? i know headlights and grill, but is there anything else. fenders and kind of brackets etc?

All you need is headlights, corners, grill, and fog lights. The bumper fits right into the reinforcement bar as that part is the same for 99-03 models and the the brackets and/or tabs are the same. You may need a washer or two just to line everything up but thats it. Its truly an easy upgrade. I have everything besides the headlights so let me know if you're interested.
