I'm pretty sure it will work on either depending on how you wire it.

Email TRD the part number.
I sold one to bigbirdSC and I wanted to make sure it was the right one. I emailed TRD the part number and that is what they told me.

Thanks I needed the diagram for a different reason. But me and mr speedy had the manual ebc wired to an auto 1mz and the car DID have issues. Took it off and the car ran fine again. He can confirm this when he gets back on.

The actual part number on the EBC are different too even though the wires are the same last time I checked.

yeah Im not sure because my kit was for the sienna... so it was obviously auto. The part number on the included EBC didnt match the part number in the manual for the manual car, and some of the wires werent quite right, but close, so i wired it and it works well. Maybe TRD updated it at some point to be compatible for both?

5-speed guys don't need an ebc anyway

I used to hit my rev limiter all the time when I was still auto and it didn't react any differently than when I wasn't boosted

Well I do not know. Me and speedy have been trying to figure out his cars problem. Uninstall the manual ebc from his auto solara and it ran fine.

gas mileage was the biggest issue. i babied the car for two whole tanks and got about 300 miles to the tank with the ebc. removed the ebc and since then have gotten consistently what i had before installation, 360-400
