damn so i filed a claim before cuz it was taking so long initially. but i closed it once he sent it.
Now i cant file another. I called paypal and they said they couldnt really do anything since i already closed the claim and i could only file one.

but i called my credit card company and i can file a complaint through them.
Im giving him by the end of the day to respond.

damn dude yall are flippin tripping on me! first tell me what the hell happened to the boost actuator because It was intact when i shipped it!

I thought i sent the alternator bolt but if i didnt i will find it my bad on that.

I sent you pretty much what i recieved when i bought it minus the egr tube. It never had an actuator problem and the thing was acting right when i took it off. Still boosted and sounded like it did when i got it. There are lots of bolts in the idler plate that i just left in.

Dude got a great deal on a product that hasnt been available new in what 2 years now? Its fully functional and i have the bolts he needs. It boosts great! what now im just glad i finally saw this post. I am still waiting on my money to be put into my paypal account because of all the claims this guy made on me. He got a used supercharger that works perfects sans a bolt or two and an egr tube that i thought he couldnt use because he is an automatic. I am not shady but this dude was trippin from the start and I still dont have access to the money because of it.

want more ok now im broke, waiting on this money to come in, and my car is down cuz i need an intake manifold! Won an auction on ebay for one but have no paypal balance, got an unpaid item strike, and more. I wish i would have kept my crap.

and he has my supercharger and is acting like im a bad guy cuz i didnt send one bolt and a part he said he was going to cut up and try to use. hell cut up YOUR FACTORY EGR TUBE! if you sent me what i sent you i would bolt it on and f-ing go.

but when you pay good money for an item like this you expect the parts top be there like stated when the item was listed . Good Luck

come on bro.. took u a month to send this thing out to me.
And when i pay for something with that kind of money youd at least expect to get all the necessary parts. If it was missing and you werent gonna send it you couldve told me. I wouldve definitely kept that in mind when buying this.. You cant blame me for trippin over something like this.

I made the claims initially because you had not responded to me in a week. Especially after telling me that youd have it shipped soon. You said you would take it out and at least show me pics right away. That never happened.

i even offered u more money to cover the shipping so you id at least have it in my possession.

Ive been down the 1800$ waiting for this.. The money was already in your account and you were gonna get it eventually. You just had to do what u had to do to get it. But it was still yours regardless. Meanwhile i was down the money and NO supercharger for a month.

Even though i had an automatic, I still wanted the manual EGR. You said it included it and you would send it. I had plans for the EGR. I was gonna swap it with someone who had that automatic EGR.

Just send me all the stuff i need.. and itll be done with.
EGR, Vacuum lines, the brackets, and the bolts. And whatever else that came with the supercharger.

You said in your description, EVERYTHING but the EBC.

And as for the boost actuator, if in fact it was damaged in shipping, im sure there is some way i can make a claim on that as well.

even if you said that you sent everything you had and you blame the actuator on being broke in shipping i still cant fully believe something like that cause you obviously posted a picture of the s/c when you prob first got it (clean) and said quote "this thing is about to sell. i yanked it and cleaned it off" and the two pictures deff dont match up. Did you put insurance on the package? did you package it strong? These are things that fall into your lap shouldn't be his problem...
