Gauging intrest in TRD kit group Buy

Yea, I can vouch for Mark, I've dealt with him on many occasions. I've purchased my orginal TRD way back then from Mark, My HID's are from Mark. Sh*T even my DVD player at home was from Mark (well one of them at least).

I purchase the Canon Digital SLR Rebel XT from him and it has been great... If I had the Xt-i that would be better but that wasn't his fault.

But if Mark can get them I am sure they are the real thing and YES he has pretty much the best prices otherwise he will tell you where to get it cheaper..

Hello everyone. I am Matt from Island Motorsports that is in contact with MR_Cunks for the KAMINARI group buy. I am questioning krawzyazn price for his group buy. There is only 1 sales person at Kaminari and I happen to know him very well. I contacted him and he told me that no other shop that has called in asking about the kit for the solara. And for the price that this group buy is set at, the sales rep at Kaminari says that this price is impossible with their pricing charts. Even at the deepest discount a shop could have with Kaminari, they could not have it at this price. They would be cut off from Kaminari for prcing product below the cut off line. They won't recieve 1 kit. What shop are you going thru to purchase these kits krawzyazn?

THe only way this group buy price could be this low is either they are used/broken kits and/or replica kits. THere is no other way. I find this very fishy......

They have not recieved 1 single inquiry besides island motorsports' for a group buy on this kit. So if mark isnt gettin his kits from kaminari what kind of kits is he tryin to sell to solaraguys?

Like I said I have done a shitload of business with Mark, I vouch for him. What is wrong is you having your guy come in and try to bust Mark's balls.

And I understand you are making ZERO profit because your guy is making the profit.


Anyway, like I said, I would go with Mark and not question the Authenticity one bit. Bottom line.

But how did this turn into how much im paying for MY kit? Even IF i got a discount on my kit it wouldnt be below invoice and you know that. Maybe if i was gettin my kit from an unknown source like you, then that would be possible.

All I have to say is that since I have dealt with Mark on many occasions and also SPENT THOUSANDS with him. I trust Mark to get the kits. And I would personally buy from him. However its really up to the buyer ultimately. If the buyer would like to buy from Mark they have there right to contact him. If the buyer want to buy from Island thats what the BUYER wants to do...

Just to give you an ideal on Islands pricing. I had my Coilovers installed on my xB. My First thought was to call Island and get a price quote since they have worked on many xB's before. First price quote I got was for $100.00 bucks installed. I call at a later time to confirm if they had the time to do the work and pricing and I got a diff quote and this time is was for $130.00. I had told them that I got a quote for $100 earlier and they said they CAN'T do it for $100.00 so you know what, I took my business elsewhere... I went to another shop another fellow xB member recommended and did it for $80.00, Not only that they also installed my Strut bar and adjustment my Coilovers to my liking...

Just to give you an ideal of how shops work.... If you shop around you can find better prices...
