UPDATE:

okay, so the dumbass shipped my exhaust to my school apartment address, since I ordered it when i still lived there. It has taken so long for him to ship it that I had moved out by the time it got there. FedEx tried to deliver it but obviously no one lives there, so it has been sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks and no one has even called me... argh.
