There is no where for the airbag to go, so no it won't work, in fact you won't even have an airbag anymore.

momos are really really expensive. Are they really worth it, its mostly paying for a name.

I have a 11" Momo steering wheel on my Solara and it got rid of the numb and light feeling that I hated.

It's not that expensive, it was around 160USD For my steer wheel + around 80USD for the Momo hub. I got a quick release for 120USD (which some people don't need).

Steering is very responsive now.
