I need to get hy hands on a 1mz V6 block, I want to do a build-up w/ the least downtime.

Also, I need a stock piston and rod to get measurements for custom pistons and rods.

anyone able to help? Those of you who have replaced your pistons, Do you still have the old ones? I'll buy one from yah.

Short or long block? I know someone who was trying to offload a 1MZ shortblock, but not sure if he still has it. I can ask him if your looking for a shortblock.

I've got one it has Aries piston (9.1cr) and 5 good stock rods, with the crank. Where are you located?

Syracuse, NY

5 good rods? What happened to the 6th?
Do you have any specs on what was done prior to the rod going bad?

I checked wrecking yards, they wont sell a core or a block w/o selling the engine. That equates to 800-1700 bucks depending on where, plus shipping.

Yep, five.. The other broke hence my rebuild. The heads have been ported, polished and had a 3 angle valve job. Let me quick if you want them. I can have them shiped from Texas to you and you pay shipping.

I have a 1mz short block that has never been bored, it was running when pulled just had a blown head gasket. We were going to replace the gaskets but noticed when I pulled the head that one of the pistons was cracked at the top so bad you could see the top ring. All it needs is pistons and rods and a .020 bore ;)
