In good shape- some peeling on paint and a little surface rust around the mounting holes, this is typical if it has been on and off a handful of times or more. Also a little rust around the angle piece coming up from the mounting ring. Has a rub mark underneath from bumping on the tube too many times- also typical for most. Top side looks real good for 2.5 years use in New England- it is a 7.8-8 of out 10.
