Does anyone have just the worm gear that goes in the wiper motor gear box... the blades froze to the windshield and chewed up the plastic gear in there... the dealer only sells the entire motor/gearbox assembly.

have you tried a junkyard? or autozone or something like that? maybe even advanceautoparts could have something like that.

yea i tried autozone/dealer/advanced/o'reiley... i havnt tried the junkyard yet though. It sucks to have to pay $120 for a $2 part :-\

^^Yes, that sucks...I'd try Jeff's advice on the junkyard. That's a part that most likely wouldn;t be damaged in a collision, and you could probably get it cheap.
