They are mounted between hub and wheel in order to push the wheel further away from the hub. They make the track wider and make the wheel flush the fender. With correct wheel offset and width, you probably won't need these. But most wheels are not designed specifically for particular model of car. Many nice wheels do not come with unlimited choice of offset and width. Spacers will come in handy in this case.

Any way, these are sold.
