It's been a while since I've logged on...the Solara has been rocking right along...now has 98k on the odometer. I'm in the market for new struts. I've read several posts about this brand and that brand...these springs and those springs. What I want to do is just replace the front and rear strut assemblies with ones for the Sport model. I'm happy with the ride height so I don't want to lower or replace my stock springs...hell...I'm cheap. Have any of you done this...or heard tell of someone that has? I don't know if the springs on the Sport and SE are different???

Any thoughts???? Thanks in advance...Charley

From what I've read, it is just spring rate difference (slightly stiffer than stock). Let me know if you find a good price on the Sport struts, as I hear its a good combination with the TRD springs and might get some in the future...
