I have two questions, if I install it at a dealer, will they still honor my warranty? and, will a 6lbs pulley work with 91 octane (california cr@p)? If so, I would be willing to pay $1400 no problem.

I bought mine privately for $1400 and had it installed at a Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys (I was their first, fortunately the tech raced supras so I had some faith in him doing the install). I still get a warranty because they installed it. I'm not really sure for how long though. That question could be answered by DavPak.
I think 91 should be fine w/6lb pulley. Seriously, can you afford to fill up all the time with more?

Its not a question of money for gas, California's highest octane rating offered is 91. And I'm definitely not willing to buy octane booster for every tank.

Cali sucks for that reason. What is the highest other states offer (like 93?), as far as being found in most/all gas stations?

Years ago, I remember filling up 100 octane at Trick Gasoline in the San Fernando Valley. Are they still around? I've heard some 76 stations have racing fuel (only seen in Vegas when my friend was racing at the track). Besides, I've never seen anything higher (100) in So. Cal.
