Sorry if this is a stupid question, but once we get these, we lose our hi-beams? Unless we buy the dual filament h4, right?

what would be the best best at getting a color like that of a IS 300? I want just a straight, penetrating WHITE dispersion of light.

Are you sure you have a bad ballast...I thought the same thing first when I install them but the things is that the white and black wires that you plug in the stock wire have to be plug in a specific way. I'll tell you or you can just plug it in the opposite way to test it ! :)

Sebas,

Thanks for the suggestions, but the ballast had been working fine for a week or two, then started flickering for a day, then wouldn't ignite. The bulb looks fine.

I sent it back for a replacement, well over a month ago. I haven't heard back in a while, no responses to any of my PM's, except one to say that he did recieve the ballast.

Just trying to find out whats the deal, I was promised a replacement.
