Unfortunately not only has there been no resolution, I haven't even been contacted regarding the matter... I recently came across the company Vision Bulbs through a sponsorship. They offer bulbs and ballasts, plus a 1 year warranty. I have several of their other products and have been very happy with them, will probably be buying this kit too.

Just installed mine today...thanks Mark for the quick shipment!!

Question though...when I first turned them on, they weren't really bright, seems like they needed to warm up. Just want to make sure that's normal?

Greg and I have dealt in the past, I bought his old RH's a couple years ago.

I was promised a replacement ballast for one that was bad. I shipped the defective ballast back to him, noticed his reply to send my address to him and did so via PM.

I have yet to recieve a response to any of my PM's and you can see the ratio of my posts to responses through this thread. The setup was sent to me promptly when I first ordered but since I have no success. I expected much more, at least along the lines of communication, from such a prominent seller on this site.
