new to this stuff, but what kind of kit can i get to get the HID's like the TL's, Cadilacs, and stuff? Is it an HID with projector? Like i said, kinda new to this stuff.

You can get this kit, but it's not HID projector, these are just plug and play bulbs/ballast. You'll definately have major glare, but if you don't mind blinding oncoming traffic then you'll like these. If you want projectors, you'll have to go custom like I did. I've got TSX projectors with 4100k bulbs and my fogs are 3000k yellow HID (no projectors). All auto manufacturers use 4100k standard, but I believe the projectors themselves can give the 'look' of different colors at different angles.

LOL! Sorry, I'm not trying to discourage anyone from buying your HIDs. But, they should be aware of the glare. I really liked your HIDs before I got the retrofit done. I didn't care about the glare, I wanted the color too!
