i waited from 7 to 1 for a transmission fluid flush and alignment. at 1 i finally went to ask them whats taking so long they said the fluid flush machine is broken. when i got home i checked and they drained the fluid but didn't put much back in

^^ WTF, you would have known if they drained it w/o filling it in driving it...you didn't notice any differnce at all :o
On a side note, for a tranny flush always go to a transmission shop!

i could do that? how would i file a complaint and get free services? NTB is a francise that does tires/batteries. Would complaining to toyota get me anything? Yeah i took it back the next morning after i bought some ATF
