They sent me a bad ballast, and now I'm having the worst trouble trying to get them to send me a new one. Don't even bother, don't order from them.

I may still have to if they don't give me a fixed ballast. :( I hate this. My first real "mod" because I finally have money, and now I don't even have it.

Do you think McCulloch would send me a new one?

What did they do wrong? I know the guy who started HID-sin. He is a main member on everything-honda.com

I normally can vouch for him.

Whats wrong?

Yeah.. so I stand by my original post. Don't ever order from them. They take 2-6 days to reply to any sort of email, they don't have a phone number, and their so-called "live-chat" on their site never shows that they're online.

No, they haven't logged on for months. I get the most vague response when I go to email them, and when I email back to reply, it takes another 2-6 days for a response.

Hopefully I get that ballast back. Supposedly they shipped it 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. They didn't tell me the tracking number, nor what day they shipped it, or which company. So I know nothing.

Welp, I reported them to the BBB. And so far no response. Apparently, they don't care about resolving anything.

I did get a ballast. It was broken as well.

They are selling McCulloch kits that are 4 years old, and overpricing them.

I got a replacement from krawzyazn, and he said the kit I got was ancient.
