Horrible dealer in Haverhill MA

Like I need another reason to loathe Haverhill even more.
This was before I purchased my '99 Solara (getting it next week!). My dad and I stopped at this used auto dealer that we've driven by before, but never stopped in. Immediately this guy approached us (they're like mosquitoes, you know). He barely addressed me, he only talked to my father, maybe it's because he assumed I wasn't an adult and just a young new driver, therefore not deserving to be included in the conversation? I'm twenty, however, and whenever I tried to say something he cut me off. Finally he turned to me and said, "You don't talk much do you? You're like a mouse! Don't worry, we'll find a cute little chick car for you". You know that feeling when you get so pissed you can't move or speak, you just hear your heart beating in your ears? Yeah. I wanted to call him an asshole and leave but my dad was trying so hard to be nice, and he was, I don't know how he does it.
I looked up reviews on it later that day and found all 1 star reviews detailing how rude they were. I don't know how do business there, because that's not the way to sell a car.

That is definitely no way for a customer to be treated, the Toyota dealers in Orlando aren't that great either which sucks.

I don't know what it is, but they're still in business, so they're doing something right! I'd go back and find out what it is!
As for the customer service issue... maybe they should stick to selling cars online with no personal interaction. :)

How am I not surprised. Got the same experience as a female shopping for a car just north of you. Go to Second Car Center in Derry, NH. They're good.
