I didn't want to do this, but it needs to be known. March 17, I placed an order with NST for the CR-Lite crank pulley and paid through PayPal. On the 29th I emailed NST asking about an order update because I had not received any shipping information...not even an order confirmation. On the 31st I got a reply stating the lightweight pulley had been sold out (it was still listed as "in stock" on the website) and would not be going back into production. Fair enough. I asked for a refund (160.50). I checked my email this morning, there's nothing there. I decided to go back to NST's website and the pulley is now listed as a special order item for $198. I'm not trying to bash NST since so many people are happy with their product, I just want everyone to beware in case something like this happens to them. I shouldn't need to contact NST more than once about this. If I don't hear anything back by Friday afternoon, I will be opening a dispute with PayPal.

damn dude sorry to hear that, but thats un proffesional of them to not get back to you. Things like this is what causes them to lose sales, and customers hopefully all goes well and if you dont get your money back they should give you at least two items for all your trouble.

I haven't taken it up with paypal just yet. AFAIK, paypal will try to contact them to settle it and get my refund. I will say NST did offer me an underdrive pulley instead, but I declined since my car is supercharged, then I asked for the refund.

Just curious, filed through what organization? Your location says Greece, do you have any legal leverage cuz you're over there? I have no idea how these things work.

I filed it through PayPal since thats what I paid with. They have payment protection if you never received what you bought or if it wasn't what was described
