I'd like to ask about capabilities of 2DIN frames from CAMRY ver2006 to Solara gen 2 (2004)
I'd like to use it for AVIC-HD3 installation

Nope, no fit. There is a couple mm gap underneath. The shapes look similar, but the Camry setup is smaller.
